Tehran is prepared to reinitiate nuclear negotiations with the United States on condition that it is approached with "respect" and "honor", Iran's top diplomat has announced.

Abbas Araghchi declared solely negotiations was effective, and shared fresh requests had originated from go-betweens to reopen talks with the American leadership. He asserted Iran had zero unreported enrichment locations, and Iran could not yet permit the global atomic watchdog to access attacked atomic facilities for protective measures.

Navigating a Difficult Route

Araghchi is treading a challenging course since Iran does not want appear to be proceeding from a stance of weakness, and he consistently maintained that Iran had emerged more resilient in military terms and mentally from the Israeli-US attack on its enrichment centers in June.

The prior phases of negotiations between the United States and Iran were brought to an abrupt and hostile conclusion on 12 June when the Israeli government, with US support, targeted Tehran's atomic facilities in a fortnight-long engagement that ended with the US president asserting the sites had been eliminated. Subsequently, EU nations used their right to reimpose global restrictions, but Iran insists they have not had a significant effect.

Magic Solution Proposed

Tehran representatives claimed they felt they had achieved a "magic solution" to the uranium processing matter in prior discussions, when it was decided an local partnership with Washington's engagement could process nuclear material. Both sides would have been able to claim victory since local refinement would have persisted and the US could be certain that Iran's nuclear programme was entirely non-military.

It had not been settled in the discussions that Washington's technical specialists could work on Iranian soil, but that was a reasonable assumption of the cooperative offer. Officials claimed on multiple occasions they had secured an understanding with Washington's diplomat the American negotiator only for the agreement to collapse due to "detractors in America".

The American leader in recent days stated he had been getting signals that Iran wanted to reopen negotiations, but privately Iranian officials state they are not yet receiving consistent overtures from the United States either directly or from key regional mediators, such as the Qatari government, the Egyptian leadership, Oman and the Saudi kingdom. The Iranian foreign ministry has been criticized of inactivity in the wake of the US president's straightforward manner, but Tehran asserts diplomacy is not part of a performance.

Political Position

In his speech to the gathering, intended to paint the US as a controlling nation that exploits the idea of worldwide standards, the foreign minister said the fortnight-long engagement revealed the dispute could not be ended by military means. He said the assaults started with a US demand for an unconditional Iranian surrender and concluded with an absolute demand for a ceasefire.

Iran is assured the first strikes by Israel were executed with total Washington understanding and collaboration, making confidence difficult to reestablish.

Dialogue Continues the Final Solution

The foreign minister said: "Tehran was not the one that had fled diplomacy; it was the United States and the western countries that had always sought to impose their desires during the negotiations. Dialogue can still be alive and remains the primary solution to settle disagreements, but its standards, regulations and principles must be adhered to."

Recovery and Rebuilding

In what is portrayed by Iranian officials as the battle of repair and rebuilding, the foreign minister said he was assured Iran's military capacities "are considerably enhanced than before 13 or 14 June of this year. He stated: "We effectively endured this engagement. Our enrichment knowledge, which they aimed to obliterate, stays intact.
